Merise modeling: from MCD to SQL

1. MCD: add entities (E) and associations (A), link them (L) and set cardinalities in the inspector; give each attribute an SQL type.
2. The Checks panel flags modeling errors (missing identifier, redundancy, cardinality…).
3. MLD: the relational model is derived automatically.
4. SQL: choose the DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server, Oracle) and download the full script, or only the changes since the last export.
