Terms of use
Subject
These terms govern the use of Socle, published by Tyche Informatique. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
Account
You must be at least 15 years old (art. 45 of the French Data Protection Act), provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
Content
You remain the owner of your content and grant the publisher only the right to store it and transmit it to the people you share it with. Publishing illegal content, infringing the rights of others or disrupting the service is prohibited.
Encrypted messages
Your messages are end-to-end encrypted with a key protected by your password. If you forget the password, the encrypted history can't be recovered by the publisher.
Availability
The publisher strives to ensure service availability and backups, without guaranteeing no interruptions. Keeping a copy of your important files is recommended.
Cancellation
You can delete your account at any time from the settings. The publisher may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans, open to individuals and professionals alike, are governed by the terms of sale and the data processing agreement, which prevail over these terms for matters they cover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any action before the competent courts.
